Last week we had a very special guest arrive here in Daejeon, South Korea. "Flat Stanley" came to visit us here at our home. He was sent to us by
our friend Winston and his third grade class. Flat Stanley traveled to us in an envelope via international air mail. We are showing him around the sights of South Korea and in a few days we will put him in an envelope along with a few pictures of his travels and send him back to our friend Winston in the United States. If you would like more info on Flat Stanley click HERE.
Flat Stanley is a great traveler. So far he has gone with us on a trip to Seoul, he has been at a few Korean restaurants (he loves Kimchi) and he enjoys looking out of our ninth story apartment building window at the sights of the city of Daejeon.
This has been a busy week of work and homework for our family. It has been nice to have Flat Stanley visiting us this week. He has helped us to be aware of the amazing world in which we live.
I love Flat Stanley's. I'm glad you showed him a great time! :)
