The volleyball season has come to an end, but the records stand, the trophies shine and the memories live on. The TCIS girls' volleyball team is a part of the Korean American Interscholastic Activities Conference (KAIAC) which is made up of nine teams
in South Korea. Becca and Sarah played on the TCIS girls' volleyball team and Dina served as the assistant coach.
The team did an amazing job this year posting a 10-2 season record and finishing 2nd place in the league standings. Plus, TCIS competed in the end of the season league tournament and played in the championship game against Seoul American High School (U.S. Army Base School). TCIS played hard, but lost to Seoul American, leaving them in second place in the tournament--which isn't too shabby. Becca was injured in the first match of the championship game and went to the hospital with a severly sprained ankle. She
made it back to the gym in time for the trophy and awards ceremony. The TCIS girls brought home two second place trophies and Becca brought home a medal as an All KAIAC Tournament Player. It was a great season of TCIS volleyball!
