Now there are two teenagers running around our house. Last week was Sarah's thirteenth birthday. She celebrated with lots of presents from her friends at school and from her family. She got some cool clothes and a volleyball...she likes the volleyball. Sarah celebrated her birthday in three places: one afternoon she went out with her friends to dinner, ice cream and to the norebang (singing), then she celebrated at home with her mom, dad and sister and then we connected with the Miller family and went to Seoul for a celebration.
On Saturday, (the actual day of Sarah's birthday) we boarded the KTX bullet train with the Miller family and headed north to Seoul. During the month of March we also celebrated David Miller's birthday and Brittney Miller's birthday...so we decided to go to Seoul and celebrate all three birthdays with....Mexican food! We don't each much Mexican food here in South Korea so this was a real treat.
After a train ride to Seoul and a long subway ride through Seoul we found ourselves at the COEX Mall and eventually we sat down to some delicious Mexican food at "On the Border." We ate chips and salsa to our hearts' content and the restaurant staff handed out sombreros and sang us a song. It was a great time and great food.
We are thankful for the lives and birthdays of David, Brittney and for our very own teenager...Sarah.
Hey Sarah,
I can't believe u r a teenager. But soon enough I will be right up with you!

DaniÜ
