This past weekend we were involved in some sportsy
activities. Sarah is playing volleyball in the middle school volleyball league and Becca (a varsity player) is "coaching" one of the six TCIS middle school teams. This past weekend TCIS hosted the middle school volleyball jamboree so middle school students from all over the peninsula converged on our campus to play some volleyball.
Sarah played well throughout the tournament. She consistently got her serve in and with those long arms and legs she was "deadly" at the net. Her team won most of the games that they played. Becca was busy throughout the day coaching her team (she wasn't Sarah's coach) and working as a referee. One time Becca was the referee in Sarah's game.
It was a fun day. The weather was sunny, but cold, so the games outside were chilly, to say the least. We enjoyed the day watching volleyball and having fun with the TCIS community. This bulldog was enjoying the outdoor volleyball games as well. Can't you see--he is smiling.
